What's the math in this game?

Numbers can be composed (made) in many different ways! You can make 5 with five fingers on one hand and zero on the other, or with four fingers on one hand and one on the other, or with three and two. This game helps children recognize that smaller numbers together make larger numbers (for example, 3 and 1 together make 4).
